We specialize in kosher phones and basic phone plans with limited or restricted features. Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Taxes and fees may apply depending on your location.
4. Phone Plans
Plans are provided based on the terms set by the carrier. Coverage, data speeds, and service quality may vary by location. MJZ Wireless is not responsible for carrier outages or service interruptions.
Some plans may have limitations such as: No internet access (kosher plans) Restricted apps or features Limited texting or calling
5. Kosher Devices Disclaimer
Kosher phones are modified to restrict certain features such as internet browsing, apps, or media.
By purchasing a kosher device, you acknowledge: Features are intentionally limited Modifications may not be reversible Functionality differs from standard smartphones
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. Devices must be returned in original condition.
Refunds may be subject to: Restocking fees Carrier activation fees (non-refundable) No refunds on used or damaged devices unless defective.
7. Warranty
Devices may include a manufacturer warranty (if applicable). MJZ Wireless does not guarantee coverage under manufacturer warranties.
We are not responsible for: Physical damage Water damage Unauthorized modifications
8. Activation & Setup
We may assist with activation and setup, including entering customer information. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their information. Once a plan is activated, charges may apply and may not be refundable.
9. Customer Responsibility
You agree: To provide accurate information Not to misuse services for illegal or abusive purposes Not to attempt to bypass restrictions on kosher devices
10. Limitation of Liability
MJZ Wireless is not liable for: Service interruptions or carrier issues Loss of data or contacts Indirect or consequential damages Issues caused by third-party carriers or manufacturers
11. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used only for: Processing orders Activating services Customer support
We do not sell or share your information except as required to provide services.
12. Changes to Terms
